Meeting at the sewage works area. Bring strimmers and grass rakes.  Also loppers and handsaws to tidy up tree felling debris
Meeting at the old dump compound. Drainage work: bring spade, pick axe.  Wear gloves and boots.

Dingwall Academy and The Peffery Way Association proudly present an evening with Jenny Graham.

Many of you will remember that in January 2018, Jenny Graham and Lee Craigie of The Adventure Syndicate supported and chaperoned 4 school girls from Dingwall Academy on their first Strathpuffer 24hr race. After a year of working with The Adventure Syndicate, the girls completed the race with an impressive 16 laps in 24 hrs. The successful partnership with The Adventure Syndicate and Dingwall Academy delivered fantastic results and has built a lasting bond. The very same Jenny Graham recently smashed her way into the Guinness Book of Records by becoming the fastest woman to cycle solo around the planet! In 2018 her ride took her 18,000 miles, over 4 continents and 16 countries, completing the trip unsupported in an incredible 124 days. Working alongside local charity, The Peffery Way (established to create an all ability cycle path between Dingwall and Strathpeffer) Dingwall Academy is delighted to invite Jenny back to school to share the highs and lows of her inspiring journey with enthusiasm and humour.

Ticket sale funds will be shared between Dingwall Academy Mountain Bike Club and The Peffery Way Association.

Please meet at Fodderty Cemetery at 10am on Saturday 4th January. We will walk along part of the new section then return to the Cemetery. Then head to the Goods Shed at the Victorian Station, Strathpeffer to have warm drinks and nibbles at 12 noon.

Annual Members Meeting

We have decided to move our annual members meeting forward so that it will follow the walk on Saturday 4th January 2020 at 12 noon at the Goods Shed, Victorian Station, Strathpeffer. This short meeting will highlight:
  • Progress to date
  • Our fundraising efforts so far
  • What's next on the list
Please come along and support the walk and the update afterwards. Please let us know if you need any help with getting to or from Fodderty. Email: info@pefferywayassociation.scot
